Data collection

Kando / Kanban Reminders does not collect, sell, rent, analyze, monetize, or otherwise do weird internet things with your personal data.

Reminders access

The app requests access to Apple Reminders so it can create, read, update, complete, and move reminders in the Reminders lists it uses for the Kanban board.

Your tasks remain native Apple Reminders. Sync, storage, and account behavior are handled by Apple Reminders and your iCloud/account settings.

Local settings

The app may store local preferences on your device, such as appearance mode, column names, column order, hidden columns, WIP limits, column colors, and Matrix quadrant assignments.

These settings are used to make the app behave like you asked it to, which is admittedly a bold concept.

No third-party analytics

Kando does not include third-party analytics, tracking SDKs, advertising SDKs, or a custom backend.

No guarantee

This app is free, minimal, and made primarily for personal use. It is provided as-is with no guarantee that it will work perfectly, preserve your preferred vibe, or successfully defeat entropy.
